ICC Model Subcontract

International turnkey construction projects are often multifaceted transactions, requiring complex legal documentation.  This ICC Model Subcontract is for use in major turnkey projects but flexible enough to be used as a subcontract to other standard forms of contract as well.

Taking an equitable approach to both contractors and subcontractors this model includes:
